This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, as against the respondent Nos.1 & 2, to consider the petitioner's complainant dated 08.05.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction from the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent by the first respondent for an enquiry. Thereafter, the second respondent has conducted petition enquiry and the same was closed, since it is a money dispute.
