JUDGMENT

The Second Appeal is directed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.14 of 2015 dated 11.08.2017 on the file of the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram, confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.53 of 2007 dated 01.07.2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram.

2. It is seen from the records that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.07.2024, the Registry was directed to print the name of the appellant in the cause list and accordingly, appellant's name was printed in the cause list, but today, there is no representation for the appellant and that the sole respondent was also reported dead and steps were not taken.
