ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the hands of the respondents 4 to 9 on the basis of the complaint, dated 20.09.2021.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.15087 of 2021 learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents.

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR has been regsitered in Crime No.527 of 2021 by the respondent police. 5.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
