For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottai Chamy Government Advocate(Crl.side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.394 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 427, and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.394 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, in a drunken mood, drove his vehicle negligently and run over the legs of the defacto complainant's Goat. When the same was questioned by defacto complainant, the petitioner criminally intimidated him. The further allegation is that the petitioner trespassed into the defacto complainant's land and damaged the trees planted by the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD). No.15136 of 2021 petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is yet to be completed. He further submitted that on the next date of occurrence, the petitioner had threatened the defacto complainant to withdraw the complaint.
5. Considering the facts and the circumstances of this case and the attitude of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
