ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner claims to be the Poojari of the petition mentioned temple. According to him, the rival persons are preventing him from discharging his functions. In this regard, the petitioner has given a complaint before the third respondent.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate that the third respondent has received a rival claim from the rival parties and that CSR has been issued. If the complaint of the petitioner discloses commission of cognizable offence, then, appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken by the third respondent.

4. With this direction to the third respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
