For Respondent : Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.197 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 354 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.197 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 30.06.2023, the petitioner is a nonteaching staff and the defacto complainant's daughter is a teaching staff and due to the quarrel between them, the petitioner behaved indecently with her. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not indulged in such sort of activities. Due to previous enmity, the defacto complainant has given a false complaint against the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there was motive between the parties and both are working as Teacher in the same school.

5. Reading of the First Information Report shows the indecent behaviour of the petitioner to the defacto complainant.

6. Considering the seriousness of the above said occurrence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petitioner has to surrender before the respondent Police and seek regular bail. Hence, this anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
