ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 153(B) of IPC, in Crime No.472 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 06.12.2020, the petitioner said to have used the filthy language against the Courts and also used filthy words in public. Hence, the present complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRL OP(MD). No.14810 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that there are five previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are five previous cases are pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
