Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service at once in the light of the permission granted by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.742/2020/P.D.S.1 dated 20.01.2021.

ORDER

Based on the petitioner's request for revocation of her order of suspension, dated 10.07.2020, the second respondent herein had recommended to the fourth respondent for revocation of the suspension. Since no orders have been passed to revoke the order of suspension, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions from the third and fourth respondents, submitted that a decision has been taken by the Society to revoke the petitioner's order of suspension.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the third and fourth respondents to forthwith pass orders, revoking the petitioner's suspension order, dated 10.07.2020, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition stands allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 25.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Lm To 1.The Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Dindigul.
