After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, made a endorsement for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to work out his remedy before the competent forum. In the light of the endorsement made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner, if so advised and if it is available to him in law, is always at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law before the competent forum.
