PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.207 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(C), 20(b)(ii)(B), 29(1) of

NDPS Act, in Crime No.207 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 29.06.2023 at about 06.30 a.m., the respondent Police has received a secret information, the defacto complainant along with the Police Team went to the place of occurrence and conducted search. At that time the 1st accused was found in possession of 4.200kgs of ganja in a bag and on the confession statement of the first accused, this petitioner has been implicated in this case. Hence, the complaint.

3. There is no representation for the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been arrested on 02.08.2023.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
