It is seen that the petitioner has made certain allegations against the District Collector, Sivagangai District, Sivagangai and the fifth respondent, herein, who is the husband of sitting State Minister.

appear in person and lodge a complaint before the Inspector of Police, Thirupathur Town Police Station, Thirupathur, Sivagangai District.
