Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has sought two reliefs. One is for return of the original certificates and the other is for refund of the donation amount that is said to have been paid.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side admitted that the original certificates have since been returned. As regards the refund of the donation amount, it is a disputed question of fact. The petitioner will have to work out his remedy elsewhere.

4. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
