This petition is for a direction to the second and third respondents to remove the petitioner's name in the History Sheet maintained in the third respondent police station.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's name is not found in the History Sheet as of now and his file has been closed on 01.01.2021 since there were no cases pending against him as on that date.
