Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records connected with the Press Release No.14 dated 07/02/2019 on the file of the respondent NO.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently consider the petitioner for appointment as a member of the child welfare committee Madurai district by considering the petitioners representation dated 13/01/2019 in accordance with law.
