Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd and 4th respondents to provide Monthly Milk Coupon to the petitioner as per the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.A2/363/2019 dated 27.02.2019 within the time limit that maybe stipulated by this Court and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action as against the 4th and 5th respondents based on the petitioner'a representation dated 06.06.2019. ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner is a dairy farmer. His grievance is that the respondent society is declining to purchase milk from him. It appears that there was some misunderstanding between the petitioner and the management of the respondent society. The petitioner has given an undertaking that he will not interfere in the internal affairs of the respondent society. Recording the said undertaking, the fifth respondent has now informed the Court that they will issue monthly milk coupon to the petitioner herein.

3.In view of the said submission, the fifth respondent is directed to issue monthly milk coupon to the writ petitioner and also purchase milk from him. 4.The writ petition is allowed on these terms.
