ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct proper enquiry and to investigate the same and to file a report in accordance with law, on the basis of the writ petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2024, within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there existed business transaction dispute between the writ 2/4
petitioner and the fourth respondent and that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.308 of 2024 came to be registered and subsequently, the writ petitioner has given another complaint and after enquiry, both the complaints were ordered to be closed.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. The writ petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
