O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue viz., A.Sheela, aged about 27 years and alleging her illegal detention at the hands of the third respondent, he came forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.A mention was made by Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 for the reason that the detenue has been traced and produced and accordingly, this case has been taken out of turn. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P(MD)No.854 of 2019 3.The detenue was enquired into and she would state that on her own volition she went along with the third respondent, without realising the consequences and now she is willing to go with her husband, who is also present along with her two minor children. The petitioner would state that he is ready to condone the past acts of his wife and willing to take her back to the matrimonial home and will look after her.

4.Since the detenue is a major and expressed her willingness to go with her husband/petitioner, no further order is necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition and the same is closed.
