ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The final relief sought for in the writ petition is more in the nature of interim relief. Therefore, I am not inclined to consider the same. However, the 4th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose of I.A.No.373 of 2022 in O.S.No.315 of 2020 on merits and in accordance with 2/4

law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the trial Judge to pass order one way or other.
