Writ petition is filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to approve the appointment of S. Najumudeen as Office Assistant in Khadir Mohideen Boys Higher Secondary School, Adirampattinam, Thanjavur with effect from 23.08.2012 with all consequential monetary and other service benefits. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The parties in the writ petition are completely different from the parties in the contempt petition. Hence, the application is not maintainable and the same is dismissed.
