2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.10.2021, the child was handed over to the petitioner's wife and for appearance of the petitioner, the matter was adjourned today. Today, both the petitioner and his wife along with the child are present before this Court.

3. Since the detenu has been handed over to the petitioner, this petition is closed.
