Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NIRESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.KR.BHARATHI KANNAN, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 11386 of 2019 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16719 of 2019, dated 20.12.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition and considering the illness and medical record of the petitioner , this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
