RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the order dated 07.07.2022 made in Crl.OP.(MD)No.12255/2022 has been passed by the Honble High Court and report before the Inspector of Police,Elumalai Police Station,Madurai District 10.30 a.m. instead of Inspector of Police,Gandamanoor Police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.VISHNU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.12255 of 2022 dated 07.07.2022, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, for a period of one month.
