Crl.M.P.(MD) No.2402 of 2023 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.15495 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19827 of 2022 on 10.02.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly for six weeks. Further, the investigation is under process.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.2402 of 2023 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.15495 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19827 of 2022 on 10.02.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in three months at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 18/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /07/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
