O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the wife of the respondent for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.105 of 2018 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai to any other competent court at Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is now under the care of her brother, who is working in Coimbatore. To this, the learned counsel for the respondent would say that the petitioner apprehends threat to his life if the case is transferred to Coimbatore. But, there is no tangible material to show that.

3. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.105 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai is withdrawn from the file of the said court and transferred to the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore, for disposal as per law.

4. In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
