ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Petitioner/Respondent, and none appeared for the Respondent/Petitioner this Court made the following order: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8728 of 2020 on 21.08.2020.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner police taking all sincere efforts to send the specimen signature of the defacto complainant for comparison and hence, the petitioner police is unable to file the final report within time stipulated by this Court, order dated 21.08.2020 and therefore, would pray for extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further two months time is granted to file the final report, as directed by this Court on 21.08.2020, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
