The above petition is filed to order substituted service of notice to the respondents 5 and 6 by way of publishing the notice in any one of the daily Newspaper in C.M.A.(MD)No.1042 of 2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. Records perused.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the respondents 5 and 6, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Tirunelveli Edition, indicating the next date of hearing as 29.04.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 17.04.2026.

5. Post the matter on 29.04.2026.
