This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.30 of 2018 to the second respondent.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, a case has been registered in Crime No.30 of 2018. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5213 of 2018 investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam and the same is pending for taking cognizance.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
