2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the FCOP.No. 3522 of 2017 pending on the file of the Judge, Family Court IV, Chennai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Judge, Family Court IV, Chennai is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
