Contemnors/Respondents PRAYER:Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying this Court to punish the contemnors/respondents for the deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.10368 of 2019 dated 26.04.2019.

Prayer in W.P(MD).No.10368 of 2019:- Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to restore the bus fare in and around Ramanathapuram District in the light of G.O.Ms.No.34 dated 19.01.2018 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J) Heard Mr.C.Venkateshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned counsel appearing for the fourth and the fifth respondents. 2.This contempt petition has been filed alleging that excess fare has been collected by the Moufissil Buses operated by the State Transport Corporation, over and above the amount fixed in the order passed in the writ petition.

3.We find that there is no fare fixed for the Moufissil Buses in the order passed in this writ petition. Therefore, we find that there is no interference to the order passed by the Writ Court.
