2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection to permit the petitioner to withdraw the admitted liability of Rs.5,10,717/-.

4. I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this application and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is partly allowed.
