Crime No.126 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, dated 17.05.2023 and file a charge sheet before the concerned Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent Police have completed the investigation and filed a final report by serving a copy to the petitioner and the petitioner has challenged the same and filed a protest petition before the trial Court and the same is listed today before the trial Court.

3. Once investigation has already been completed, no further orders can be passed in this case.

4. Recording the above said submission, the criminal original petition is closed.
