Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have illegally transported 12 bags of river sand. Hence, the case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that the petitioner has already been arrested. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
