ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.263 of 2025, on the file of the Family Court, Karur, to the Family Court, Tiruppur.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that she has a 9 year old child. Moreover, she is unable to travel from Tiruppur to Karur, with the said child. Therefore, the present petition is filed by the petitioner. Accepting the said contention, this Court is inclined to allow the transfer civil miscellaneous petition.

3.Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
