JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by J.NISHA BANU, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 05.06.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.6991 of 2023.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the appellant is ready to submit a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 and the appellant would be satisfied, if the same is directed to be considered on merits, for which, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 is also agreeable.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the matter, we direct the appellant to submit a representation to the respondents 1 to 3, who in turn, are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the appellant. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
