Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other Writ, Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the list of seniority prepared by the Second respondent dt.25-09-2008 and quash the same and direct the Second Respondent to give the petitioner suitable promotion in accordance with law by preparing seniority list as per the seniority prepared by the second Respondent dated 23/02/2009, given under Right to Information Act.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) There is no representation on behalf of the appellant / writ petitioner.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Government and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Aruppukottai Municipality submitted that the fifth respondent died on 02.07.2018 and that the appellant / writ petitioner has been promoted. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ appeal.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel, this writ appeal stands dismissed.
