ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.293 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent to any other competent officer.

2.The main grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has not done the investigation properly in Crime No.293 of 2020 and therefore, seeks for transfer of investigation from the second respondent to the first respondent. However, during the course of argument he contended that it is enough if the first respondent monitors the investigation done by the second respondent. 3.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who took notice for the respondents, did not raise any serious objection.

4.Since certain serious allegations are made against the second respondent, the first respondent / Deputy Superintendant of Police, Pudukottai District, is directed to monitor the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15961 of 2020 investigation done by the second respondent.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
