Prayer: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to directing the respondents 2 and 3 to submit the enquiry report based on the appeal allowed by the 1st respondent on 03.03.2022.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to submit the enquiry report pursuant to the order passed by the first respondent allowing the appeal on 03.03.2022.

2. The petitioner's appeal was allowed by the first respondent on 03.03.2022; however, a copy of the order was not served on the petitioner. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to serve a copy of the appellate order to the petitioner at the earliest.
