ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has obtained the order copy of this Court only under the Right to Information Act.

2. A careful perusal of the review petition filed by the petitioner would reveal that there is no justifiable reason to condone the delay of 508 days in filing the review petition. Even, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not able to convince this Court by giving an appropriate reason for the delay of more than 1 1/2 years in preparing this review petition.

3. Hence, there is no merit in review petition and the condone delay is dismissed. Accordingly, the review petition is rejected in the SR stage itself. No costs.
