This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate for the respondent that the petitioner's application in O.A.No.4 of 2022 filed under Section 63(e) of the TNHR&CE Act, 1959 will be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
2. Under these circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to dispose of O.A.No.4 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
