O R D E R

Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not produced income certificate and occuppation which was sought through proceedings, dated 25.08.2022.

2. When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced the income certificate before this Court and the same was circulated to the respondent.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. This Court issues direction to the respondent to consider the matter and pass an order, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The petitioner is at liberty to reopen the Contempt Petition, in case the respondent has not complied with the order of this Court.
