This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 31-01-2023 in I.A.No. 4 of 2022 in O.S.No. 17 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District Munsif,Aruppukottai. 1/4

ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. V. Sasi Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, and non appeared for the Respondent either in person (or) by an Advocate, this Court made the following order:

This Court while allowing the above Civil Revision Petition vide order dated 03.04.2023, has directed the petitioner to pay requisite court fee within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and file a memo evidencing the same before the Additional District Munsif Court within a period of a week specified in that order. When the petitioner has filed the court fee along with memo dated 23.06.2023 before the Court, the same was returned on the ground that it was presented after the period of limitation prescribed by this Court.

2. Hence, the petitioner filed this Civil Miscellaneous Petition for extension of time to pay the court fee in O.S.No.17 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Arupukkottai.

3. Being the satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the time for paying the court fee is extended by another 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension will granted by this Court.
