ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.It is not in dispute that survey was already conducted. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, the petitioner may file appeal under Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 or in the alternative file civil suit before the jurisdictional Court. If any such appeal is filed within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, it shall be entertained without reference to limitation and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
