ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to change the revenue records pertaining to the land in S.No.378/B1 situated at Kodaikanal Village, Dindigul District in the name of the legal heirs of the petitioner's grandfather, late Munavarsha Rowuther. 1/3

2.According to the petitioner, though he made a representation dated 13.07.2019, with the relief sought for in the prayer, so far, no action has been taken. Hence, left with no other alternative, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.In reply, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2019, would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer made by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.07.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the parties concerned, if necessary. The petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of this order along with such representation.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
