Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PERUMAL.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9157 of 2023 on 07.06.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 1/3

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for 34 days and the Final Report has been presented before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Senkottai, dated 31.05.2023, but it has not been taken on file.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9157 of 2023 on 07.06.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week (I.e) on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
