This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate order in the petitioner's representations dated 26.09.2014, 31.07.2015 and 18.02.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, as the representations of the petitioner dated 26.09.2014, 31.07.2015 and 18.02.2016 had already been disposed of by the respondents. 3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this

matter. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
