Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to rectify the error committed in FMB sketch in old Survey No.1/12 converted into new Survey No.1/12B and 1/12C in Pulavarkudi Kadu, Ramapuram Village, Ambalapattu South, Orathanadu Taluk, Tanjavur District pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2015 and consequently, directing the 2nd respondent to register the corrected FMB sketch in the records.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to rectify the error committed in FMB sketch in old Survey No.1/12 converted into new Survey No.1/12B and 1/12C in Pulavarkudi Kadu, Ramapuram Village, Ambalapattu South, Orathanadu Taluk, Tanjavur District pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2015 and consequently, directing the 2nd respondent to register the corrected FMB sketch in the records.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 14.12.2015 seeking for such relief. Therefore, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the said representation and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the 3rd respondent as well.

3.Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2015 and pass such order within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
