The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. In this case trial has been commenced in C.C.No.601 of 2022 before the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and direction is issued by this Court to dispose the same within four months.
