Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is no rival claim. It is for the first respondent to issue notice to the interested persons, if there are any.
