ORDER
This Petition is filed seeking quashment of Cr.No.1740 of 2020 dated 19.10.2020 on the file of the respondent police. 1/4
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State on instructions, submitted that on the complaint, investigation was conducted. After completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.215 of 2023. Hence, the petition has become infructuous.
3. Upon perusal of FIR, it is clear that there is allegation that the accused entrusted the repairing work in the electricity pole without providing adequate safeguard to the deceased husband of the complainant. Hence, in view of the specific allegation, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all points before the trial Court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.10.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No dss 2/4
