This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute and thereby restraining the 1st respondent from harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint of the 2nd respondent or his men.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the enquiry has been conducted and the same is closed, as the allegation made in the complaint is civil in nature. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this criminal original petition is closed.
